My daughter has turned 6 months what i can give her to eat ?

A. Namaste Mom You can initially start with liquid foods as such, such as dal or rice water or fresh fruit juices or vegetable soups as such. Gradually you can move to semi solid and mashed foods such as steamed vegetables, fruits , kichidi, home made cerelac mix , ragi/suji porridge etc

A. try to provide the food in the liquid consistency.. sprout the ragi, fry and grain it as a powder and provide as a ragi malt.. use boiled apple, carrot smoothie

A. You should give your child food only after completing the time of six months not before that so please let your child be in the character and then only you should start giving food not prior to that and then you can give Khichdi Dalia fruits and vegetables and food made out of oats ragi and Suji
