Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schefddule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sledep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

U Should consult a child psychologist for this because this is not a normal behaviour because of the terrified dream that the child had it would be a reason but a child psychologist would definitely be able to help you this is not about a paediatrician at all
