Q.
my daughter has this stuffy nose due to changing weather...she is uncomfortable while feeding n sleeping... doctor removed the mucus using aspirator... what should I give her in diet and how to protect child in this kind of weather against such severe nasal congestion...kindly suggest

U Can give steam to the child indirectly two times in a day for at least a week apart from that just avoid giving anything cold or liquid which is called curd also you can avoid for the time being rest you can give every thing just avoid banana as well in terms of food otherwise there is no restriction on any kind of food to be given
