My daughter has no cold or cough ,she was totally fine now i felt her body temp is too hot ,when checked the temperature using digital thermometer it shows 100.3 but she is not fussy or crying,every day she will be actively playing. but now she is playing and active but silent.kindly suggest if its really fever or not.
