my baby's body felt little warm. I checked the temperature, it's 98.5 is it fever? she's 5 months old

A. the normal body temperature is below 99 degrees fahrenheit temperature above 99 degrees is only fever otherwise normal body temperature it is naturals in small babies for having warm surface
