Mom of a 7 yr 4 m old girl6 years ago
Q.

My daughter has lactose intolerance I gave her soy milk since she was 2 months old and continued for a few months and then as suggested by the doctor, started giving her Amul lactose free milk (which comes in ready to use tetrapack) it's been really helpful as it doesn't need to be boiled before consuming. But it's not available everywhere and it's a huge problem as we travel a lot and carrying milk all the time is difficult. Is it safe to give her dairy free almond milk? Or any other milk which can be available easily. She is 15 months old right now.
