my daughter has issue of constipution, almost every week she needs enema what I should do and why this issue occurs again and again though she is eating fruits and veggies

Increase the intake of fibre and water for your child give buttermilk twice in a day prune juice in the night before sleeping and apply a dropper two of castor oil into the navel of the child and start the day with a glass of warm water try these these home remedies should definitely be beneficial for the child
