my daughter has high fever 103°. l gave her combiflam syrup 5 ml bt the fever is same what should I do

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2 years old and she is having a high fever upto 103 degrees then you should give her syrup meftal p 5 ml three times a day and cold water sponges
