My daughter has got fever last night in morning 5:30 I checked her fever was 38.2c I gave her .5 ml Crocin later after 1 hour her fever dropped to 34.6 dn again after 1 hour when I checked it’s 38.2 , is it the matter of concern

A. medicine can be repeated every 6 hourly and cold sponging. cdFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
