POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Yes, it is safe to use soap in the anus for stool to pass smoothly. Also, it is a temporary solution. Try to include fiber rich foods like dry fruits, beans, peas, carrots, broccoli, puffed rice, legumes, fruits with peels, apple or prune juice, etc. Massage the stomach in circular motion and move legs in cycling rotation to improve digestion.
