Right now it’s the best that you put us suppository in the inner region of the child that is going to help in clearing the system within three hours to 5 hours of time plus ahead of that I’m definitely going to advise you that you should give more fibre and fluids in the diet which will help in digestion of the food that you are giving in the motion would also be easier that way
