my daughter had her first period recently at the age 9 years 10 and within 15 days of first month she had twice for 2 days each time. Is it normal or which doctor should I consult? is it child specialist or gyane? pls advise

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. yes in puberty it is. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child
