Q.

Is it okay to have a period within 15 days? The date of my last period was 17-1-21 which lasts for 7 days and now again on 3-2-21 in had my 2nd period. Previously i didnt get periods twice a month ..this was the first time i am getting through it. Please help me out with this.

A. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then you can experience irregular periods sometimes. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements and uterine tonics regularly. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated

A. It normally lasts 13 to 15 days, from ovulation until menstrual bleeding starts a new cycle. This 2-week period is also called the "premenstrual" period. Many women have premenstrual symptoms during all or part of the luteal phase.
