Q.

"My daughter had fever, cold, and a runny nose (but no cough) four days ago. We gave her the medicine prescribed by the doctor, and she recovered. However, since yesterday, she has developed a cough and a sore nose. She is also vomiting during coughing, but only at night. We took her to the hospital today, and the doctor said the vomiting is due to mucus in her throat and prescribed medicine. But even tonight, she vomited after coughing. I'm very worried."

A. Your doctor us right so start giving steam to the child as it will help in thinning the mucus and also try giving more liquids soups and fruits and light to digest foods
