Hi doctor,my baby is 3 years old and from about 2 days ago he had a fever and we test typhoid, urinary track infection and covid but the results is all good.He had no cold and cough and runny nose but he had a fever not too high.What will be the reason

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. simple viral infection can be reason.. just give paracetamol.
keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose of temp rise above 100 F.
