my daughter had diarrhea and vomiting...the diarrhea has stopped but the vomiting is still there from the past 2 weeks... di tired recommended isomil similac formula and to stop regular mulk formula like lactogen... Will baby gain weight with soy based milk? plz help

Yes the child is going to gain weight with that also that’s very very healthy to be given to the child and no worries with that also would recommend you to get your child tested for lactose intolerance and if it is there then you can start with the treatment as of now
