my daughter got fever from 2 days so I gave her fever medicine with ibufroben but now her fever is ok but she got mouth ulcers.she cannot even eat properly.suggest any medicine

do apply honey or zytee gel on mouth ulcers..itcwillhell to reduce it.
offer her lits of fluids lije coconut water, fruit juice dal soup, vegetable soup..
