Q.
My daughter gets leg pain frequently. Sometimes along with hand pain . Is there something to worry. A doc said it’s normal but at times it’s very severe and she starts crying too. Is there anything to worry??

In this here it is very difficuylt to comment properly untihil a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in child’s diet. Serve your child with healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
