Q.

My daughter gets ill very frequently. What should I Do? Can I give chyawanprash? or any immunity building foods that you can suggest?

A. Hello mom now as kids grow and get exposure to outside world this does happen . So healthy home made foods are good , variety is the key . Also make sure to make these following foods a part of his daily routine. Such as seasonal fruits and vegetables which are locally available, dry fruits , variety of dals , whole grain cereals, turmeric milk , home made kadha , tulsi water , amla etc
