my daughter' fever came back after 2 days

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. So fever subsided and again after two days if it is coming then it could be viral fever you can give paracetamol to the child as of now and please talk to your Dr wants to make sure sure it is it is viral fever or some other issues there
