My daughter fell down from her little chair. she got swelling at her right forehead above her eyebrowns. shall she need physical examinations?

A. hi if a child looks happy and active ,eat and sleep well then no need to worry. you can apply paste of Turmeric powder and water or gently rub coconut oil or try cool pack on it. but please observe your child activity for next 48 hours ,if there is anything like fever, irritability, breathing difficulty , dazzineess, vomiting, diaherra etc then please visit your pediatrician immediately.
