Q.

My daughter does not drink milk .. she is only 5 .. is she will face any calcium deficiency in future

A. milk is leading source of Calcium in our diet. Replace plain milk with various dishes such as milkshakes and smoothies. Use of interesting straws or quirky mugs . ok.

A. No you should give more of dairy products to the child in this case it’s always good otherwise you can start with a calcium supplement after consulting the doctor but it is not going to create any deficiency to the child so don’t worry about it
