ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. teething and stress are the two main reasons for grinding of teeth as your child is already 4 + so your child might have got all the teeth. try spending maximum time with your child during the day and visit a pediatrician in case vitamin d supplements are required for your child

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give your time
