my daughter charvitha have 3 years old she is having some infection.not icting but it is spreading hands and legs. pls suggest us. weather we need to consult doctor or suggest any moisture to apply. pics attached below.

This is due to a blood infection or a fungal infection but if it is spreading then I think they could be associated with a blood infection as well because it leads to high initiation like this on the skin but for a clarity you need to consult your doctor 1st
