my daughter catches cough very oftenlly... why so ?? she is coughing mostly at night only .. I'm giving her lavolin syrup prescribed by Dr earlier .. any suggestions

A. hi ji , yes such coughing is very common in cold weather. so ,first i advise to maintain room temperature you may use warmer or heater. second , it is equally important to keep your child well hydrated. so give luke warm water in 1 tsp quantity at one hour gap.. before sleep time ,give mixture of jeggary ,dry ginger powder and pinch of turmeric powder , in one tsp quantity.
