Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra /histafree 5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin / ambrodil s 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and as half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk. try to sprevent temperature variations around the child that is prevent hot to cold and cold to hot weather.

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello do not give any medication without checking your doctor and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
