Add little amount of ghee to your child's meals. Give curd made from whole milk. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give home made paneer pieces. Give chickpeas, navy beans and soy beans. Give almond milk and kesar milk. Give atleast one serving of fruits per day. Give green leafy vegetables. Offer different tastes and textures of foods.
