My daughter Amara Ahmed is three years one month old. She is having an ideal weight of 12 KG and recently artist we have found. She has a vitamin D deficiency. It is 14.4L

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. You should talk to your doctor about it and if required start her Vitamin D sachet and check with doctor how it has yo be given and expose the child to morning sunlight 30 mins everyday
