Increase their calories intake with healthy fats and add some grated cheese and butter to the meals.
give them high calorie drinkes between meals such as milkshake and smoothies.
more calories are in meat ,fish etc

Chandni SharmaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. same condition happened with my son but the doctor said that if he is active all over the day and haven't any health issues then it's fine just take care of his diet.....give everything home made food fruits dry fruits vegetables...etc...
