my daughter age is 2yr 4months,her feet nd palms are always in heat .what is reason nd solution sir , please give your suggestions.

keep her well Hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hoir when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than 450
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
