Q.

my daughter age is 2 years 1 month old but her weight is 16 kg which is overweight from the ideal weight..what should i need to do?

A. your child is having more weight. usually it is genetic and is related to more food intake and decreased physical activity. meet dr for growth and physical l assessment. increase the physical activity of the child. do not give packet foods or any outside food containing preservatives. meet diet expert / nutritionist for diet modification.

A. Steps for success be a good role model.encourage 60 minutes, and up to several hours, of physical activity a day.keep to child-sized portions.eat healthy meals, drinks and snacks.less screen time and more sleep.
