A. constipation in small babies is very commonly seen and is more when you are giving formula feeding in such a case you can give Himalaya bonnisan drops three times a day to your child and give frequent feeding usually medicines or suppositories are avoided in such a case and constipation of few days can be considered as normal. if the baby is having gastric pain you can give collimax d lrops.if you need to give any enzyme preparation to your child you can consult doctor.give proper tummy time and burping to avoid gastric trouble.
