Could be due to deficiency of iron in the body and sometimes it would be a fungal infection as well so it’s very important that 1st to get a check with your doctor to understand what’s the problem but just to be on the safer side start with iron supplement and start giving five Walnut for day that’s going to be highly rich in omega-3 and omega six for the child
