my daughter 7yr 8m old milk teeths are not falling .so is any complication suggest me

A. Hi if milk teeth dont fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind milk teeth then consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical amd radiographic examination and removal of milk teeth
