Q.

my daughter 6m 5 day old she has nose congestion but no cough I am using normal saline which is not helping out please suggest me some drops?

A. just steam will not help you have to give proper medication by doctor cold is usually a viral infection in which you need to give ascoril flu to the baby and give frequent steam inhalation as well as put naso mist into the nose multiple times
