my baby is 28 days old...there is mucus in his nose I have used saline water many times but it's not coming out not even after giving him bath.....nose cleaner is also not helping

A. Put two to three drops of saline water into the baby’s nose with a dropper. Wait for 30 to 60 seconds. Turn around the baby onto his stomach to let the nose drain. Collect mucus on a tissue. Gently wipe around the nostrils without putting the tissue deep into the baby’s nose. Clean the dropper after every use. avoid cold winds n cold climate
