Q.
My daughter (5yrs) has early childhood caries (baby bottle tooth decay). Since she is not at all cooperative, dentist suggested to give general anaesthesia to perform RCT. Requesting your valuable suggestions and feedback. Thank you π

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Yes you can go for this there is no problem .but it's advisable to discuss with your local doctor once regarding this and he will explain you in a better way after having a proper detail information.
So youft can follow the same guidance given accorgdingly after that .

Yup Go ahead with anaesthesia asIt is hundred percent safe and when you do not have to cooperative child then you have to go ahead with the same because itβs very important and at this age it is very normal for a child to have a phobia of dentist so there is nothing wrong with that
