Please suggest what to do. Any ointment i can use? In Bangalore very cool climate is there i think because of that these changes are happening. please help me

My daughter 5 months old. we have moved from andhrapradesh to Bangalore 1 week back. i have observed that on baby face slightly small small pimples are coming and i can see skin getting dry. i can see only on face.
