Q.
My daughter 4 year 7 month old and she don’t like to take any diary product..i dont know how to full fill her calcium requirement on daily basis.. she is active but doesn’t look like her age kids who are little chubby and tall..

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 months agoA. Then give more of calcium rich diet and it is a misconception that only milk is the source of calcium you can give fox nuts you can give products you can give other food articles which are going to be rich in calcium to be given to the child
