Q.

my daughter 3 years old had repeated urination (18 times) a day and pain in urination on 21 march .we visited doctor and he said it is urine infection and gave antibiotic ofloxacin and potassium citrate syrup.after consuming it for 6 days her frequency of urination cured but pain didn't cured. then doctor gave levofloxacin syrup for 10 days but he never said to do any urine test. my daughter still has pain during urination . I done her urine test and the urine culture report says (ORGANISM ISOLATED- No growth - sterile after 48hrs of incubation). sir ,please suggest the reason of pain during urination because she has no urine infection now.
