Q.

my daughter 3 year 8 month old and she got fever 104.9 and I gave her p 250 syrup for every 4 hours and it's not getting down. I gave 3 doses till now and it's going around 101 and again temperature raising to 104. do I need to take to doctor immediately or can I wait till tomorrow giving p 250, 4ml dose for every 4 hours is it fine. please suggest

A. hi.. do tepid sponging too ,to bring down high temp low.. gi e lots of fluids.. still no effect thsn do visit ur docot immidiatly. all the best
