Hello....My son is 3 yrs 9 months old.....He is having high fever since 4 days.....we are giving him P 250 5ml for every 4 hours.....But the fever is not coming down....blood test urine test are normal.....any suggestion please

If your child demonstrates the following with an elevated body temperature, it’s probably not serious and needs to run its course.Remains interested in playing or normal activitiesContinues eating and drinking well with light color urine (indicating proper hydration)Is smiling and awake/aware of his or her surroundingsAppears normal in skin color/overall appearanceImproved behavior and appearance when their fever drops
