Q.

my daughter 3.8 years old is having fever of 102 °C , we went to hospital in the evening, doctor gave medicines n we are using it, but again now temperature raised to 103.3 °C , already given medicine also, should I take her to hospital now or should I just give sponge bath? sponge bath should be given with cold water or lukawarm water? anyone help out please

A. lukewarm water is best for child to reduce temperature place the cotton towel head under arms and between inner thigh

A. Cold sponge you can give as of now Just do it on the four head and behind the knees of the child I’m sure that’s going to help in reduction of the temperature what is the temperature does not reduce in coming one hour then you again go to the hospital because then it is going to be really very high to manage
