my daughter 3.5 yrs old is having high fever 102 and given medicine flexon then fever down but again after 8hrs fever repeat what medicine should be given please suggest

A. can I give her flexon tab 1/3 portion for the immediate relief as she is not consuming syrup

A. Look the fever should subside within first 72 hours of the first dose of medicine which is why is suggested to repeat medicine every six hours but if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours then you can check with your doctor for further assistance because then it is not a normal fever
