Q.

My daughter 2 yrs and 9 months old. now im 3 months pregnant. doctor told me that centre of my stomach was weak. lost muscles. and ther is a hole while lying straight. is there any prblm for next delivery.

A. Hello dear You have hai in the rectus muscle? If yes that shouldn’t be a huge problem during pregnancy. Even then we need to know how big the defect is. So have a talk with your doctor

A. hi please do as per your doctor's suggestions as they know well about your health take Healthy and nutritious diet. keep your self well hydrated. I understand your concern but mam ,some things are not in our hands ,so in that , though it is hard , please try to stay calm and positive
