my daughter 2 yr 6 month is having high fever giving paracetamol but no improvement plz suggest some home remedies

A. dear mom. for fever give her syp pcm in the right dose, can repeat in 4-6 hours. .do tepid sponging in case of high grade fever. give her more liquids
