My daughter 2.5 yrs sings rhymes ,1-20,A-Z.she identifies objects,colors.she is active.but speaking is very less.she doesnot respond to people she dont know.

A. you keep talking. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. If Your child is not responding to others that is still okay but is your child responding to you that’s my biggest question because the child has to respond to its name properly specially to the family first because they are the first people in the house and at then others if your child is responding to you for everything your child is understanding everything that you’re suggesting following simple simple commands then don’t worry about it sometimes speech can take a little longer time than usual but that’s normal still if you want you can take an opinion from a speech Therapist ones
