My daughter 1year 8 month old suffering from fever 102.3 and cold & cough. My baby body heavy heated and heartbeat rated heavy speed. Pls help am lot of worry

A. Call your doctor if your child's temperature reaches 102.2 degrees F or higher. Most fevers go away in a couple of days. Call your doctor if the fever lasts four days or more.
