Q.
my daughter, 18 months old doesn't like milk not even with bornvita etc. what to do? also after dinner at 8pm, what will be good thing to feed her as she doesnt drink milk before bed. please advise.

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, not to worry if baby is not taking milk. It is not compulsory that you have to give milk before putting baby to sleep. Since baby is one plus year old you can start giving all type of food which is prepare at home. You can give buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home, you can try milkshakes, vegetable soup, Badam milk. You can include ghee, egg, Paneer. All these are rich in calcium.
