my cousin just delivered a baby, she does not want to use bulky sanitary. pls suggest light and long wings pads.

Hi mommy Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diaper Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hygiene
